Perch Merch Return Policy
Everything we make is custom, which means we don’t do “change of heart” returns. Once your order goes into production, it’s yours—forever.
That said, we actually care about quality. If something arrives defective, damaged, or looking like it got run over by a UPS truck, we’ll make it right.
Here’s how it works:
- You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Send clear photos of the problem to [email protected].
- If it’s our fault (print error, wrong item, bad embroidery, etc.), we’ll replace it or issue a credit.
- If it’s not our fault (e.g., typos you approved, sizing regrets, or your dog ate it), we can’t accept a return.
We stand behind our work—but we can’t resell your custom hoodie to some random guy on the street.
